Delivery & Returns

We aim to send out orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. We use Royal Mail services for all shipments.

For UK parcels, we ship using Royal Mail 1st class post from £3.99.

EU deliveries start at £8.40, USA starts at £9.65, Canada starts at £9.80 and Australia/New Zealand starts at £15.65.

For all orders, we have standard (non-tracked) shipping available on all items at £3.99. International shipping starts from £5.80. This is to keep shipping costs as low as possible. As this is an untraceable service customers are responsible for lost parcels. If you would like to insure your parcel for the full amount at an additional cost, please email us at hello@wooldecanted.co.uk when you make your purchase and we will invoice you accordingly. If you've not done this, parcels will be shipped on a regular, untraceable service and customers are responsible for lost parcels.

For overseas postage, there is the option to upgrade shipping to a tracked and insured service – this is recommended especially for orders over the value of £50. Replacements and/or refunds for items that are lost or damaged during shipping are only available for orders with upgraded shipping unto the value of £50.

We are unable to replace items that are lost in the post without first arranging additional insurance before shipping.

If you've upgraded for tracking you will be able to claim for the amount insured with Royal Mail. We are unable to do this on your behalf as they will not refund the full amount as the producer of goods sent.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may apply in the destination country. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, though will usually arrive faster. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. If you require tracked and signed or guaranteed shipping please contact us directly and we can calculate the shipping costs for you.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:

Despatch items back: Within 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: Within 24 hours of purchase

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
